How I work

I strongly believe we heal through authenticity, and that deep down we know what we need. But sometimes we need help to be able to see it. My job is to support you in being true to yourself.

For that, in Integrative Psychotherapy we use techniques from different psychotherapy schools such as Carl Roger's person centered therapy, systemic, schema, cognitive behavioural and body psychotherapy. It's a humanistic approach based on empathic listening and deep honesty. You'll have the space you need for reaching your own answers.

We can speak in English, German or Portuguese, and I work in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg. Also important to know: My services as Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie won't be covered by health insurances. Please scroll down for the costs.

About me

I'm licensed as Heilpraktikerin ausschließlich auf dem Gebiet der Psychotherapie by the German Public Health Office (Gesundheitsamt) since 2022, having come from 20 years of personal focus on intercultural communication and human relationships. I studied Integrative Psychotherapy at Institut Christoph Mahr and I'm studying reichian Body Psychotherapy according to the standards of the European Association of Body Psychotherapy.

I started my professional life in the international media business, and have run a career in this area since 2007. I have a master's degree in Arts and Media Administration and a bachelor in Communication Sciences. For the past 15 years, my work in this field has taught me a great deal about people's behaviours and their needs.

I'm originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and moved to Berlin over ten years ago.

Fees

First session (90 minutes)

85 euros

Regular sessions (60 minutes)

85 euros until 30.4.2025

95 euros after 1.5.2025

Important to know
